Office Owners Race to Cash In

In some U.S. citites, owners of big-name office buildings are racing to put them up for sale in order to exploit surging prices. They are hoping to cash in on near-boom-era prices being paid by investors discouraged by the volatitlity of stocks and low interest rates in the bond market. The surge comes as the U.S. economy shows new signs of weakness.
